    Mobile Deposit is viewed as a benefit to our customers, aiding in their ability to keep positive balances and increasing customer convenience. All customers will have the ability to enroll in Mobile Deposit capture as long as they have not had a charged-off account in the past. However, if at any time Elkton Bank & Trust Co. feels like this Mobile Deposit application is being abused or used for malintent, Elkton Bank & Trust Co. reserves the right to revoke access to this service.

    Transactions Limitations & Controls

    Deposits made through Mobile Deposit Capture will not be limited on the amount of the check being deposited nor the accumulative amount of all checks deposited on a daily basis. However, it will be at the discretion of the bank to screen all check images and amounts using the same practices that are implemented at physical teller windows. Any check that requires a hold or appears questionable will need to either be mailed or brought into a branch location for processing. All deposits made via Mobile Deposit Capture will be available the following business day as long as the deposit is received and processed before 2:30 pm CST. Weekends & Federal Holidays are not considered business days. Deposits received on non-business days will be processed on the following business day. Information to customers concerning our mobile deposit capture services will be available on our mobile deposit application on smartphones and on our website www.elktonbankandtrust.com.
