- You will then have to choose which method you prefer to get your secure access code: phone or email. Click “Continue.” Once you receive your secure access code, type it on the screen and click “Continue.”
- You will be presented with a legal disclosure. Please read completely and then click “I Accept” to continue. Now you will fill out your personal information and click “Create Profile.” You will then be asked to change your password. Type your new password in the “New Password” box and repeat the password in the “Confirm Password” box. Click on “Submit Password Change.”
- Now you’re read to use Business Online! The next time you login, you will have to get another secure access code. This is for your browser registration. You will have to do this step for each computer from which you access your account.

Liability for failure to make transfers:
If we do not complete a transfer to or from your account on time or in the correct amount according to our agreement with you, we will be liable for your losses or damages. However, there are some exceptions. We will not be liable, for instance:
- If, through no fault of ours, you do not have enough money in your account to make the transfer.
- If you do not allocate an ample amount of time for your bill payments to be processed and delivered to the payee. (up to 3 days for electronic payments and 5 to 8 days for paper draft payments.)
- If you have an overdraft line and the transfer would go over the transfer limit.
- If circumstances beyond our control (such as fire or flood) prevent the transfer, despite reasonable precautions that we have taken.
- There may be other exceptions stated in our agreement with you.
We will disclose information to third parties about your account or the transfers that you make:
- Where it is necessary for completing transfers; or
- In order to verify the existence and condition of your account for a third party, such as a credit bureau or merchant; or
- In order to comply with government agency or court orders; or
- If you give us written permission.
